• Delivery by Courier – deliveries are from Mondays to Fridays, between 9am – 5pm and your signature is required on delivery.
• Royal Mail – items are sent by 1st Class mail and are normally delivered within 48 hours. However we are unable to guarantee a delivery time with any parcel/packet sent via Royal Mail. Also we cannot take responsibility for non-delivery by Royal Mail.

If you are placing an order from outside of the UK mainland – including the Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands of Scotland, Eire and Northern Ireland – please contact us for shipping costs.
