We are now delighted to be hosting our ‘Embracing the Menopause’ day at the wonderful Assembly Rooms in Norwich on the 30th October.  The day is for anyone seeking help and guidance through this, sometimes difficult, stage. We welcome both individuals looking for clarification and advice, and members of the corporate world looking to help their staff in the workplace. It will be fun, informative and help you with your journey forward.
The cost is £95. The day is hosted by several qualified facilitators, and includes a fabulous lunch and refreshments through the day, plus a 1:1 wellbeing session for each delegate.
